Bury’s Stray Cat Fund

An independent cat sanctuary that has been looking after cats and kittens for over 30 years.  They care for hundreds of cats each year and always have cats looking for new, loving homes. Each cat is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped before being re-homed. The rescue also helps to control the feral population and reduce suffering through neutering programmes.

Foster Carers Needed: Bury's Stray Cat Fund runs a foster scheme for some of their OAP cats - they provide the food and cover vet bills, you just provide the fireside, armchair and TLC (within 20 mile radius of Bury St. Edmunds).

Cat Fosterers and permanent homes always needed. The Cinnamon Trust (the National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets, Reg. charity. 293399) are looking for more volunteer homes throughout the UK. Pet free homes are needed for short-term fostering of cats whose owners are in hospital or respite care.
