Godalming Cat Sanctuary

Based in Godalming, Surrey, covering Guildford, Godalming and all surrouding villages. Helping homeless, unwanted, abandoned, sick and injured cats. The sanctuary arranges for any necessary veterinary treatment, and cares for them until new loving homes can be found. Some cats are cared for permanently, when there is no hope of rehoming. Feral cats are frequently taken in and where possible youngsters are tamed for rehoming. Adult ferals are usually trapped, neutered and returned, as they are more likely to survive better in the wild than caged, and are often not suitable for homing. This well kept sanctuary has been running for many years and the number of animals in their care is growing constantly.

Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare

Rehoming within a 30 miles of Ringmer, Sussex. Cat Fosterers and permanent homes always needed. The Cinnamon Trust (the National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets, Reg. charity. 293399) are looking for more volunteer homes throughout the UK. Pet free homes are needed for short-term fostering of cats whose owners are in hospital or respite care. Permanent homes needed for cats whose owners have died or who are no longer able to care for them. The Cinnamon Trust is not a rescue shelter and cannot take unwanted cats in.
