Rescue Cat Marley, Pawz for Thought, Sunderland needs a homeHi there! I’m Marley and am really hoping that this will be my lucky year where I find a forever home! I’m a big, chunky, handsome tabby and white boy. I’m about 8 years old and have been neutered. I was a bit timid when I first came into the rescue and would just sit watching the world go by and pull faces at the birds. Then I got a bit grumpy until I was moved out into a communal area to share with a cat called Blackie. I do lift a paw as does he sometimes but we get on okay. There’s a lot more space there so that I can run around and it’s great! I’ve gained lots of confidence and am even able to meet people which will help in my mission to find a home and people of my own! I’d prefer to be an only pet and I’d love a garden to race around in and most of all - I’d really love someone to give me a chance and take me home with them?

Rescue cat Lindie, from Consett Cat Rescue, Consett, needs a homeI've been waiting over a year... Please pick me! Hello? Are you friendly? I hope so! I'm a gorgeous girl with one of the most beautiful coats you are ever likely to see. Still only one year old, this is your chance to live with one of the prettiest cats on the block, and one that is very much still a kitten - eager to explore and easy to have a big impact on! I am still very nervous due to living outdoors as a feral kitten, but if food is being served you'll find me winding myself between your legs! Which is as sure a sign as any that I will come out of my shell once I get to know you. Because of my past I would need a nice quiet home, with no noisy small children or aggresive pets. I might be able to live with another cat if they accept me, but a home where I have you all to myself would let me come out of my shell that much quicker. I would need to be kept indoors for a long time until I am fully ready and can be trusted to come back, as given the choice I might prefer to run off and hide until I get to know you! As you can see from my portrait, I am a truly beautiful tortie girl and, being just one year old, you can have a huge impact on my personality and life if you can just be patient and loving enough to give me the time. I have been neutered, chipped and vaccinated, so hope I can get to meet you soon!
