Felix & Ginge

Rescue cats Felix and Ginge, at Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Lewisham, need a new homeHello, we are Felix and Ginge - a neutered male and female duo with equally gorgeous ginger tabby and white, and fluffy black and white coats. We're about ten years old and are looking for a kind adult home together, after an interesting journey into rescue care. We used to live in the grounds of a London prison, though how this came about no-one is quite sure. We'd lived there for several years before a new prison governor took charge and decided it was time for us to leave. We're now looking for a comfy permanent retirement home, and as we are shy kitties we'd prefer a peaceful home without children or dogs. A home in which we're given plenty of time and understanding whilst we adjust to our new environment, and are given attention and affection on our own terms, will allow us to blossom. Eventually we'd enjoy having access to a safe garden too. Do you think that you could offer us both the loving forever home we deserve?
FELIX & GINGE are at Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Lewisham. Rehoming in all SE London and BR (Bromley) Postcodes. Also N.Kent (Welling, Bexley, Sidcup, Swanley, Dartford), Croydon and SW London (SW8, SW9, SW2, SW11, SW4, SW12, SW16, SW17). We can also rehome within the catchment areas of our Tunbridge Wells Branch and Hastings Sanctuary. Luna & Bingo

Rescue Cats Luna & Bingo, Celia Hammond Animal Trust, Lewisham needs a homeHello! We are a handsome pair of chaps, I'm Luna, a black and white, short haired, 5 year old lad and my fine friend is Bingo and he's sleek black, also short haired and he's only 2 years old. We've been rather unfortunate in that we've had a couple of homes but have ended up back in rescue through no fault of our own but we are both hoping that this next home is going to be our forever home. We're friendly and a lovely pair of lads, we'd like a home with a garden and we'd be fine living with children. We could live with another cat but we'd rather not live with a dog. We've been neutered and are in good health, I can suffer from an eczema type of skin condition but it's all healed at the moment and I've been eating a hypoallergenic diet to see if that helps me. We're really looking forward to finding our forever family and hope they find us soon, could it be you?

Hector & Heidi

Rescue cats Hector and Heidi from Cats Protection - Tenterden & District, Tenterden, Kent, need a homeOh hello.. are you looking for a lovely couple to make your family complete? I am Hector, I am 10 months old and I am here with my Mum Heidi, she is 2 years old; we are both neutered and are hoping to find a new family to love. We had a rough start which has left us quite wary, so our people will need to be patient; but due to the love of our fosterer, we are flourishing and the time has come to move on and let them work their magic with other needy cats. Heidi now likes to be brushed and stroked, she loves dangly toys and ping pong balls. I like to watch over everyone from a height and could regularly be found on the top of the wardrobe, I am also a bit of a snuggle bunny and will sit on a knee; and of course I like to play with all the toys. At the moment we are looking for an indoor home because we will need lots of time to adjust to a new environment and people. If you are looking to add to your family, please get in touch and see if we could be a purr-fect match.
HECTOR & HEIDI are at Cats Protection - Tenterden & District. Rehoming in Tenterden, Ashford & surrounding villages and Romney Marsh. Trinny

Rescue cat Trinny from Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Lewisham, Lewisham, West Kent, East London, West London, needs a homeOh, good day. I am Trinny, a stunning black house pantheress. I am 2 years old and was found straying, believed to have been left to fend for myself. When I arrived I was very shy, I have been working hard with the people here but am still timid and unsure; so I am looking for someone who can see that I will need lots of time and kindness to blossom. Once I am settled in, I would very much like the opportunity to explore a safe outside space. I could share my forever home with other cats, but would prefer no children or dogs please. I am neutered & microchipped, so I am ready to find my new guardian and I have my paws crossed that you wont take too long to find me...

Gabriel

Rescue cat Gabriel from The Catcuddles Sanctuary, Greenwich, West Kent, East London, West London, needs a homeHello, my name is Gabriel, named as I have beautiful wing markings on my back. I am a year(ish) old and am looking for a confident cat person to offer me my forever home. I am a very handsome lad and am incredibly playful, energetic and loving. I would be over the moon if my forever home had a catflap and a safe outdoor space for me to use; I am very curious and enjoy using cat trees and puzzle feeders and I like to find lots of perching spots to survey my kingdom! I am an avid wildlife enthusiast, enjoying watching the local foxes and squirrels exploring the garden and will have a good chat to them while they are busy. Once I am tired, I enjoy a good snuggle and I am sure that given the chance I will quickly become a central part of your family. I could live with children and dogs, but would rather be the only cat. I am neutered and ready to go; so what do you think, could we be the perfect match?

Daisy

Rescue cat Daisy, at Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Canning Town, needs a new homeHello, my name is Daisy (also known as Crazy Daisy when I'm zooming around energetically!), and I'm looking for my loving forever home. I'm five years old, have a beautiful shorthaired black and white coat and have been spayed. I'll make a wonderful addition to a patient and understanding adult home, where I can be the only pet and seek attention or playtime on my own terms. I have a sweet nature and love head strokes and snuggling on a comfy lap - and when I'm especially relaxed I'll snooze contentedly with my legs in the air. When I'm upright I have a lot of energy to burn and love to play; due to my experiences before rescue I can sometimes be a little too rough, but am gradually learning to play with toys instead of arms and hands! I'll thrive in a caring home where my quirky nature is appreciated, and once I've settled in I'd enjoy having access to the outdoors. Could you offer me the splendid permanent home I'm searching for?
DAISY is at Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Canning Town. Rehoming in Postcodes E1 to E18, RM postcodes as far as Chafford Hundred, and all IG postcodes. We can also rehome within the catchment areas of our Tunbridge Wells Branch and Hastings Sanctuary. Gwen, Chicklet & Salamander

Rescue cats Gwen, Chicklet and Salamander from Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Canning Town, Canning Town, Essex, West Kent, East London, need a homeHi there, my name is Gwen. I am a nervous young lass, who was living as a stray in gardens and being fed by locals. Once they found I had Chicklet (female) & Salamander (black & white male) they called the rescue for help. We were all given a vet check to make sure we were as healthy as possible and then we were off to a foster home, where I could continue caring for my babies. I am gentle, but still a little nervous and like a good hidey hole. I would like to find us a home with a patient person, who will allow me to come out of my shell, probably adults only or older calm children would be best. Salamander & Chicklet like to play, Salamander is brave and will entertain myself, whereas Chicklet is my shadow. If you can offer us a home together, we would be eternally grateful.
GWEN, CHICKLET & SALAMANDER are at Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Canning Town. Rehoming in Postcodes E1 to E18, RM postcodes as far as Chafford Hundred, and all IG postcodes. Mama Bear & Kittens

Rescue cats Mama Bear and her babies from Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Canning Town, Canning Town, Essex, West Kent, East London, need a homeHello everyone, I am Mama and I am here with my children, Pugsley (male), Wednesday(female) and Flora (female). I was being fed by a kind lady while I was pregnant and once I had the babies, she asked the rescue for help. I am a chatty lass, neutered and 2 years old. I enjoy being snuggled and strokes, I get on with other cats. Ideally I would like to find a home with one of the kittens and have the others go as a pair too. The kittens are full of curiosity and fun; they love toys and each other, we play until we wear ourselves out and then fall into a kitten puddle to sleep. Now I have lost the tops of both ears, no-one knows how it happened, hopefully by surgical procedure. We could all share with children and would like the chance to go out once we have fully settled in.
MAMA BEAR & HER BABIES are at Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Canning Town. Rehoming in Postcodes E1 to E18, RM postcodes as far as Chafford Hundred, and all IG postcodes. Thomas

Rescue Cat Thomas from Anim Mates, Sevenoaks, needs a homeHi, my name's Thomas. I'm a very affectionate and gentle boy - I love nothing more than having company and giving kisses. I'm a dream cat and a real sweetheart, if I do say so myself! My elderly owner sadly had to go to hospital and was no longer able to care for me. I'm looking for a calm household, ideally as an only cat, with someone who can spend a lot of time with me (retired or working from home). At 15 years of age, I'm very healthy, curious and agile, with a glossy, lush coat. I've been neutered, microchipped, blood tested, had a dental and I'm up to date with vaccinations and flea & worm treatments.

Carla & Tilly

Rescue Cats Carla & Tilly, Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Canning Town needs a homeHello, I'm Carla and I'm here with my adopted daughter Tilly, to look for a loving home. I'm 2 years, black and white. Tilly is tortie and white and younger. I was taken in as a stray with my kittens, I was a really good mum even though I'm terrified of humans. I will have a play with toys but if I see I'm being watched I'll run away and even if a toy or one of the kittens bumps against me from behind and I wasn't expecting it, I'll run and hide. Tilly was found with the rest of her siblings when their mum died after giving birth. Some of the kittens were put with me and I helped to save their lives by bringing them up with mine. Tilly and I formed a very close, loving, bond and we love to sleep, snuggle and play together. I'm in a foster home to help build my confidence and Tilly is also helping with that because she's affectionate and loves to play and have a chat with the humans and it's helping me to see that humans can be nice. We'd like a home together please but an adult only home and with patient people who can give me the time and space to help build my confidence and keep learning that humans can be trusted. We'd like a home with no dogs but we like cats so another chilled cat would be fine. We'd like access to a garden and I would like a catflap so that I could come and go as I liked. We've been neutered and now all that's left to say, thank you for reading and please, give us a chance?
CARLA & TILLY are at Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Canning Town. Rehoming in Postcodes E1 to E18, RM postcodes as far as Chafford Hundred, and all IG postcodes. Basil & Broccoli

Rescue cats Basil and Broccoli, at Celia Hammond Animal Trust, Lewisham, need a new homeHello, I'm Broccoli (on the right) and this is my best friend Basil. I'm female and Basil is a boy; we're shorthaired black and white kitties of around one year old. We met one another here in rescue as strays, and now we're looking for a kind and loving forever home together. We're both very shy youngsters and so we need a quiet, adult-only home with human friends who'll give us all the time and understanding we need to adjust and gain confidence. I have made great progress here and now enjoy gentle strokes, whilst Basil is also beginning to come out of his shell - he loves playing and is now brave enough to accept treats. Once we've fully settled in to our hew home we'd enjoy having access to a safe garden. We are both neutered. With patience and perseverance we have the potential to develop into contented furry companions in our caring permanent home - could you offer us the chance at a happy life?

We came from a home environment, but were not given the individual attention we needed, as there were too many of us. We have all been neutered now and staff feel we need to move on into forever homes to continue to develop our confidence. At the moment we are curious, we will sit at the front of the pen and sniff people but aren't quite ready to be stroked, although we are all a work in progress. Frederick

Rescue cat Frederick, at Orpington Cat Rescue, Kent, needs a new homeHello, my name is Frederick. I'm a big handsome boy of about 11 months old, with a tabby and white coat, and I'm looking for my wonderful forever home. I was brought into rescue from an early life of fending for myself, and I've settled in very happily here - but I can't wait to find a permanent loving home of my own. I'm a sweet and affectionate character who loves being held and occupying friendly laps, and I'll make a terrific furry companion to the very lucky human who can offer me lots of attention, cuddles and playtime. I'm confident, inquisitive and full of fun; and if that isn't enough to melt your heart I can also offer the sweetest little meows you could wish to hear! I could share a home with other friendly and laidback cats, and once I've settled in I'd like access to a safe garden too. I'm neutered, vaccinated, vet checked and microchipped. Princess

Rescue cat Princess from Orpington Cat Rescue, West Kent and East London, needs a homeHi, my name is Princess. I am a 2 year old young lady and I am looking for a home; it will be my first proper home that is my own as I was born outside and had very little contact with humans. By the time I was rescued I had given birth to at least 3 litters of kittens; no more now though as I have been neutered. I am becoming more trusting by the day and will now accept strokes. It is time for me to find my place outside the rescue; a nice quiet home with no other pets or children I think. I am after a human who will work with me to realise my dream of being a house cat. I would be over the moon if you had experience of cats like me and understand how much time and love I will need and what exactly that might look like to give us the best chance of success.

I can still be a bit unsure and so I am looking for people with patience and a kind heart to help me build my confidence but no children please. I'm not sure about sharing my home with a dog or another cat but you can always have a chat with the people here to check. I'd be looking for a garden to have a stroll in. Storm & Mario

Rescue cats Storm and Mario from Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Lewisham, London East, London West, West Kent, need a homeGood morning; we are Storm and Mario; we are a pair of best friends, who met here at the rescue. I, Storm, arrived here with my litter of kittens; rescued from a shop basement where I was kept to provide mouse patrol. I am 2 years old and now neutered; I was semi feral and am still nervous and prefer the company of Mario to humans. Mario arrived as part of a feral colony that was being TNR; he had a bad back leg which was an old, badly healed, fracture; the leg was removed as it was not functional and I am happy as a clam on 3 legs. Mario and I are now looking for an outdoor home, like a stables or small holding, even as garden cats. We will need a dry shelter and daily food; and to be well away from busy roads. In return for your care, we can provide rodent patrol. If you could be the one to offer us the home of our dreams, please get in touch.
