Edward

Rescue cat Edward from Anim Mates, Sevenoaks, needs homeHello, I am Edward and I am a very special boy. I'm 5 years old and a gentle and loving fella, who wants mostly cuddles and company. I love cuddling next to you on the sofa or bed when you watch TV - this is the best thing ever. I even like watching cat TV! The rescue people think I am so funny and curious. Now I've had a really tough life on the streets (which you wouldn't guess from my personality) and have an old untreated fracture of my leg which has given me a deformed hip and arthritis. Despite this I am really active, using my poorly leg lots and running and jumping. The rescue people are trialing a long-acting monthly painkiller injection before coming to the drastic step of amputation. All future costs of my leg treatment will be covered so I will need to be rehomed near my vet in Medway. I'm in great health otherwise and I would love a cat-safe garden to go and patrol regularly. I love other cats too but would be best with calm cats rather than too boisterous. I have been neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, blood tested, and flea and worm treated. Most importantly, I am absolutely brimming full of love for a special human. Could that be you?

Twinkle

Rescue cat Twinkle from Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare, Ringmer, West Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, needs a homeHello, I am Twinkle. I am a 12 year old, neutered, chatty and loving lad. My owner had to move abroad for work and so I find myself in need of a new person to call me own. I am settling in well and like all the fusses that are offered to me. You may notice that I am very striking in my picture; I had to have my ear tips removed due to cancerous changes and have now been left with teddy bear ears; I also take medication for my over active thyroid, I am a good lad and take my medicine well (most of the time). I have had a good think and could see myself in a home with children, but would prefer to be the only pet. I do like to go outside and bring presents and then I like a nice lap to snuggle on. If you think that I could be type of lad you are looking for, please get in touch with my people here.

Bonnie

Rescue cat Bonnie from Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare, Ringmer, West Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, needs a homeGood day. My name is Bonnie and I have my paws crossed that you might be the one... the one to make all my dreams come true and offer me a home. I am 6 years old, neutered and have a beautiful tortie & white coat. I am a little shy and timid; so need a patient guardian who is willing to wait for me to settle in, once I do though, I am very affectionate and even enjoy a little tummy tickle. I would like to find a nice rural home, so that I can have a good wander once I am settled in; I do like to be inside at night and will snuggle up next to you on the sofa for a chin scritch. I would like to be the only pet in the home, being bullied by another cat has made me very wary of other pets; but I could share the right home with teenagers if you have them, as long as they can be trained in the way of the chin scritch. Could you be the one to offer me my happy ever after?

Miley

Rescue cat Miley from Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare, Ringmer, Sussex, Kent, Surrey, needs a homeHello, I’m Miley. I’m a gorgeous ginger cat looking for my forever home. Perhaps I might come and live with you? I am friendly and adore fusses and being brushed. I enjoy having fun outdoors and love curling up on a nice warm lap. I would prefer an adult only home, with no other pets. I sometimes have accidents over the side of my litter tray if I am stressed, so I will need patient humans who will give me time to grow in confidence. I’m 13 years old and am neutered. If you think we could be best friends please get in touch for more information.

BB

Rescue Cat BB, from Rayestede Centre for Animal Welfare, Ringmer, needs a homeHello, my name is BB and I am a beautiful chap (if I do say so myself)! Before I came to Raystede, I had been living as a stray for quite some time. I was rehomed back in June but went straying again and was found 3 miles away. So, I am back at Raystede. Initially, I was very nervous around new people, but I have now transformed into a big, soppy boy who loves fusses and attention. I give the biggest head buts and chirp away to you with my cute voice - especially at meal times, my favourite time of day! I am very good at using my litter tray and I like snoozing in my comfy bed and enjoying fresh air in my run. I may take a while to settle in a home, so I'm looking for someone who will let me adjust in my own time. I'm neutered and would like to be the only cat, with no dogs or children please. I would very much like a garden once I have settled in. In the past, I did have a tendency to get overwhelmed and wander far! But I do feel if my new home can invest the time and patience for me to become habituated to my indoor surroundings first, then the baby steps into the outside world won't be such a formidable experience to me!

Fay & Sons

Rescue cats Fay and Sons from Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Lewisham, West Kent, East London, West London, need a homeHello, my name is Fay and these are my sons, Bob, Eric and Dave. Myself and one of the boys were found abandoned outside a housing office in Brixton, we were taken to the vets for safety. The two other boys had run into a locked storage unit and so Celia Hammond were asked to help, they went and found the boys on top of some pipe work and rescued them. After lots of love and attention, I have decided that humans are not as scary as I thought, in fact strokes are quite nice! The boys are still shy but they are becoming more and more inquisitive. We are neutered and would like a home where we can safely go outside; we think a home with no young children and no dogs, but we could share a home with other cats if needs be. We understand that we are looking for a very special person to take us in but we have our paws crossed that our person will find us soon.
FAY & SONS are at Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Lewisham. Rehoming in All SE London and BR (Bromley) Postcodes. Also N.Kent (Welling, Bexley, Sidcup, Swanley, Dartford), Croydon and SW London (SW8, SW9, SW2, SW11, SW4, SW12, SW16, SW17). Dot & Ruby

Rescue Cats Ruby & Dot, Celia Hammond Animal Trust - Lewisham, Lewisham needs a homeHi there, I'm Ruby and I'm here with my daughter Dot. We're a pair of tabby girls, Dot's around a year old and I'm a bit older. I've got a long haired coat and Dot's got a nice neat short haired coat. We've popped on here to see if we can find an outdoor home in need of some rodent patrolling. I was found as a stray with my 3 kittens and even after humans spending time with me, I'm still very nervous and behave more like a semi feral cat. 2 of my kittens were able to be homed to new homes but Dot was like me and very nervous and shy of humans. We're looking for stables, a tack room or a farm, somewhere where we'd have shelter. We'd be looking for cat food every day and someone keeping an eye on us and in return we'll keep your rodent population down. We've both been neutered and microchipped. Do you think you might be able to help us?

Zippy & Bungle

Rescue cats Zippy and Bungle from RSPCA - Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone, West Kent, need a homeHi, my name is Zippy, I am the tabby and white on the left and this handsome tabby lad is my best pal Bungle. I am around 7-8 ish and Bungle is 4-5 ish; we are both neutered males and find ourselves in need of a new home. We were abandoned by our owner with no food or water and lots of other cats; we were skinny by the time we were rescued but we are gaining weight and doing better physically now; mentally hasn't been so easy, but the love and attention from the carers is helping us make good progress. We are hoping to find a home where we can be the only pets and no young children, we both quite fancy the quiet life in a more mature home, where we can grow in confidence. We would love a garden to lounge in, when we have settled in too, we would make any garden look really pretty. If you think you could help us with our next chapter of life, please get in touch as soon as you can.

Rosie

Rescue cat Rosie, at The Catcuddles Sanctuary, Greenwich, needs a new homeI've been waiting over a year... Please pick me! Hello, my name is Rosie. I’m a beautiful four year old spayed lady with a short haired grey coat, and I’m looking for an extra-special forever home. I had to have my tail amputated following an accident, and the pelvic injury I sustained led to me becoming incontinent. Although I’ve made a great recovery and will use a litter tray when I’m awake I still need additional support, such as my special vet bed to sleep on. I’m also deaf in one ear - but as this doesn’t prevent me from hearing when treats are about to be proffered it causes me no concern! Despite the setbacks I’ve faced I’m a lovely-natured and affectionate young cat who’ll thrive in a calm, loving home with a safe garden of my very own to explore. An experienced cat owner who’s able to offer me a permanent home with the care and understanding I need will be richly rewarded by my positively delightful furry companionship! Could my forever home be with you?
ROSIE is at The Catcuddles Sanctuary, Greenwich. Rehoming in Greater London & West Kent. To make an enquiry please call: 02081 232230 or Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., and please mention you saw Rosie on Cat Chat, thank you!

Granny, Mumma and Dearie

Rescue cats Granny, Mummy & Dearie from Rolvenden Cat Rescue, Rolvenden, East Kent, West Kent, need a homeWe've been waiting over 2 years... Please pick us! Hello there, we are Granny, Mumma and Dearie. As you may guess from our names, we are three generations of one family and we’re very closely bonded so are looking for a home together. Our ages are six, seven and eight years old, we are all neutered, and we have a lovely array of black and white coats. We came into the rescue from a rural situation, we were extremely fearful, dirty and hungry when we first arrived but have come a long way since then. Now we have become inquisitive, we appreciate the presence of the staff at the rescue and will take chicken from their hands, we still don’t want to be touched but will show our appreciation by purring loudly! What we’re looking for is a kind, patient and understanding home where our trust can develop further, and we’d also love access to outdoors and some delicious chicken too please! If you think you can offer this then please get in touch.
