Based in Hornchurch. Purrs is a small dedicated charity in Essex aiming to rescue stray and abandoned cats and find their forever homes. All cats are cared for in foster homes, and are fully vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, health checked by a vet, neutered and micro-chipped before they are rehomed. If a kitten is too young neutering is arranged by their adopters with guidance when needed.

Cinnamon Trust - Homes Needed UK Wide
Cat Fosterers and permanent homes always needed. The Cinnamon Trust (the National Charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets, Reg. charity. 293399) are looking for more volunteer homes throughout the UK. Pet free homes are needed for short-term fostering of cats whose owners are in hospital or respite care. Permanent homes needed for cats whose owners have died or who are no longer able to care for them. The Cinnamon Trust is not a rescue shelter and cannot take unwanted cats in.
