Twelve-year-old tabby Howard came into rescue about a year ago. People who lived nearby reckoned he'd been living rough for many years, however he came to our attention because he had a nasty abscess on his foot. That was easily resolved with antibiotics and a bit of tlc. Sadly as it turned out, a poorly foot was the least of his problems and Howard was diagnosed with advanced kidney disease and anaemia. We're beyond delighted to let you know that Howard has found the most lovely foster home after being spotted on Cat Chat. As I hope you can see from the attached photo, he's settling in really well, and looking rather smug. Thank you so much for your help with this ... it’s going to make a huge difference to his life and managing his health conditions.
